About Nicole Shaw-Provillon: She is a passionate chimney cake baker that fell in love with this beloved street food while living in Budapest, so much so that she decided that Americans must discover & enjoy this street food too. She learned on the streets of Budapest and then trained under an award winning chimney cake baker in Hungary. Now in the US, she honorably bakes for the Hungarian Embassy in Washington DC and you can find her popping up at Bloomingdale's, Williams-Sonoma & more. And this summer, she will make her debut in The Hamptons.
