For MBSR Graduates of those with a Meditation Practice
The four foundations of Mindfulness can be generally described as Body, Feeling Tone, Thoughts/Emotions, and Contemplations. Each Foundation is understood as an object for our attention as well as an integral element of the human experience. In this workshop we will explore both experientially and conceptually, how these four foundations present themselves in our lives and how we can practice with them skillfully to support our well-being and deepen our practice of awakening to each moment.
